We have been suffering for the past 3 years. And it is the same mismanagement every year. We had bought an AC with extended warranty that gets issues every year. This year it's been a month and it's not repaired. I have had 3 different complaints and they took a part to change and seems like they have forgotten. After arguing with them a bit they sent service engineers but without the part, just to mark their attendance. We are having sleepless nights in this weather and this is still not fixed.
