Hello everyone I would like to bring to everyone’s notice that Immigration\Study services in New Delhi has become a big time scam to extract the hard earned money and do nothing .. Such a case happened with me too. They are running the business with the name of APEXVISAS –A.V. IMMIGRATION & CAREERS CONSULTING PVT.LTD. I would like to warn you all to beware of the crooks like them who are looting clients of their hard earned money in the name of immigration services. I myself had filed all the papers and got a skill assessment for Australian P.R. and received a Positive outcome. I then approached Mrs. Sumita from Apex Immigrations to know about their services. She repeatedly started contacting me. She assured me only if I enroll with them on an immediate bases, they will help me out with further process and they will provide me a lot of extra benefits as listed below. After a long talk and a number of follow ups from Mrs Sumita, I enrolled myself with them, and said that she will provide me below mentioned services :- 1.Providing free study material for IELTS\PTE. 2.Provide few mock tests and coaching with Mrs. Ritika who is regional manager. 3.Providing few Calls to improve spoken English. 4.Get me to talk to MARA agent who is based in Australia 5.Do all the paperwork necessary for EOI filing. 6.Help in providing updates and next actions in govt. rules and my case. Immediately after I enrolled, I started getting surprises one after the other. I realized that the whole team who spoke to me was inexperienced, they had no clue on the rules and regulation changes, SOL CSOL list getting updated. I used to search on the website and provided them with the updates. They just had one thing to say to me all the time, “We are in a meeting, we will get back to you “and they never used to revert back. None of the above 6 commitments were Honored. They were totally incompetent and unprofessional. My case was handed over to Mr. VIPUL who had very laid back attitude due to which the filing was delayed and the state Immigration for my profession got closed. They shattered my dream, and holding me responsible for their inefficiency. They wasted my time, energy and money on account of regular follow ups. Right from the time I enrolled with Apex, I requested them that while I am giving my English exam (PTE,IELTS) I request you to have all the documents for EOI etc ready for ACT, Canberra so that those could immediately be submitted. I had clearly indicated them about my interest in that state for PR, I am deeply pained that ACT state opened for my skills, I qualified the IELTS exam and got the desired band, and yet could not make it on time due to incomplete application work submitted by APEX., inspite of my repeated requests to have all the pre-work ready, they just did nothing in those 11 months duration and blamed me for EVERYTHING. Then Mrs. SUMITA called me (phone call) and asked me to opt. for REFUND, as she told me that it’s a complicated case and we cannot take it further, They played with my future, because of them it is in dark now, and I decided to ask them for refund. On opting for REFUND I was told that NO MONEY WILL BE GIVEN AS IT IS A CASE OF “VOLUNTARY REFUND”. I am being cheated, with my money, my time and subjected to uncertain future due to their incompetent staff. With a number of follow ups after 15 days they directed me to MR. INDRANEEL who sits in MUMBAI Branch. On calling him, I was amused to see that even he is a clone in the scam. He himself did not know the case and asked me to narrate things right from the start. It was “48min call” then he gave me a commitment that he will help me MAX in 48 hours … and he has also disappeared from the scene. They all are hand in gloves and cheat the innocent people like me, loot with money, messed up with my career and left me high and dry. And still if anyone of you want to see any proof of my claims I will be more than happy to provide it you. Over the mails….
