★ ★ ★ ★ ★ good experience. Driver was on time. He is polite & helping. Good & safe driving. My family with 3 months old infant were travelling & so as instructed he hadn't crossed the said speed limit of 70 kmph.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with Apollo cabs.....they are cheater,they fool the needy people n middleman.They talk about rount trip and after reaching the point they fooled us by saying that it was a pick & drop trip by charging double fare.....DO NOT GO WITH THIS CABS.

We booked apollo cabs to travel from Mumbai CST airport to our house in Pune, everything was arranged and confirmed the day before flying out from Goa. When we were at the Goa airport we get a call from a driver called Akash Patangey who said he'll be driving us to Pune as the driver who we originally booked would be arriving a few hours late so he won't be able to pick us up. We specifically told Apollo 2 days before that we will be arriving at the international terminal and not the domestic one as that is closed due to covid which they acknowledged by sms. When we landed we get a call from our driver saying that he's waiting for us at the domestic terminal, we then had to wait for almost an hour for him to pick us up, very poor communication apollo!! When he arrived he was waiting at the end of the taxi rank and expecting us to come to him when we had 3 large suitcases and 3 cabin cases! Only after we told him how many cases we had he came to us. and After we got in the cab he had to be reminded twice to put his mask up which was kept under his chin. Then he had one phone call after another and after we complained he rudely exclaimed that its his job and he has to answer his phone. His driving was also very rash with constant overtaking of cars and even trucks! We were praying that we wouldn't end up in an accident! his phone just kept on ringing through out the journey. After we reached the outskirts of Pune he stops his car and says that he's waiting for his brother who will take us to our destination while he will driving another car back to mumbai for another pickup. Ironically his "brother" was a far better driver and more professional than he was! Needless to say we won't be using your service again if you have rude and unprofessional drivers like Akash Patangey working for you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taxi was booked 3 days in advance. It was drop one day and pick up next day, both on scheduled time. Drop was proper, but to return back home, pick up cab did not arrive. The owner called and cancelled saying cab not available. No alternation solution provided for my senior citizen parents.
