★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and unprofessional service. No value for customer time and suffering. Only knows telling lies & collection of revenues.
Receptionist or the front office staff are the face of the organisation but Apollo clinic, Bamunara, Durgapur has very rudely behaved receptionist named Bhabani Chakraborty who will otherwise defame the organisation.
I am really very upset with the attitude and customer service approach which resulted in long time Nil orally status of my husband who is just recovering from his critical condition.
I booked for some sample collection on 23rd January,2022 which never happened. When I enquired about it, receptionist behaved very rudely and gave me very irrelevant excuses.Apollo isa highly esteemed organization & i know about it but employees like Bhabani ruin it which Apollo management should not allow. That's my humble request to you. Anyway, i will never go back to Apollo clinic, Bamunara, Durgapur.Thanks.

It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients. Miss Shilpi assisted very well and taken good care towards patients. Every staffs were very courteous, helpful and very attentive. Overall experience is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i went to this clinic... The service and hospitality is excellent. The receptionists MADHUMITA , BHABANI CHAKRABORTY, SHILPA DUTTA are well trained and behaviour is excellent.
The clinic is neat and clean with proper maintenance of hygiene ensuring a good environment. Covid guidelines are followed properly. The staff members are well groomed... The experience is really worth it.. and I'll suggest every durgapur citizen to visit this clinic...

They all are maintained Covid protocol and also very helpful service provide. The nursing stuffs also very good in practical including Floor cordinator Miss Shilpa Dutta. they all are very knowledgeable. I'm very happy to visiting in Apollo clinic.
