If you are opening a brand , rather a polpular brand kindly get some well trained staff ! The lady who was sitting over there in the reception was extremely ill mannered ! Found no coordination . doctor supposed to come by 3.30pm but by 5.10pm he did not come , we understand that it may happens with the doctor but where is the communication from the reception???
Its our first visit to sithi more branch ,Will never make the same mistake again !
Work on your staff training program !

Most worst thing is that the quantity of vaccine is given less ( almost 0.4) where 0.5 is given...and the vaccine was given from the open vaccine bottol of the previous day.. really
Bad experience..
There is no computerized billing system..10rs taken for Xerox..disturbed by calling. after taking the vaccine call to disturb and get tested. i didn't see anywhere called from the clinic for testing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not at all good service. Was made to wait for one hour for first dose of vaccine and that too outside the main clinic, in the heat. There was no queue system in place outside and when people were called in, latecomers got the opportunity to get the vaccine first. The entire process took more than 2 hrs. To top it off, they accepted only cash and the nearest ATM was 500 meters from the clinic. Had to run in order to get the money and came back only to find that I have lost my original queue position. Total and utter mismanagement...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for vaccination. Though I go for covaxin 2 nd dose my experience is horrible. No management no time slot followed. My time slot was 10.30 but when I get my vaccine it was 1.30. Very bad. At last the worst part vaccine is given by lady who had seated at reception. No professional nurse their it's very dangerous. It's a shame for this type of highly renowned brand Apollo. I will complaint for this incident to higher authority. And don't go this center at any cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a brand name no doubt good clinic well maintained but I hope less number of patients visit because I had visited for my corporate pre medical checkup
It took 2 days to complete the whole process and there is no eye doctor.......
Normally they r quick ,staffs are well maintained and good behavior
Over all good experience but killed my time....my suggestion is to book an appointment prior if u r going for a complete medical checkup and confirm that all tests are done here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the service . Had booked a covid test on 5th jan morning . The staff told that the collector will come and collect the sample the next day between 10-11 am . Waited till 11.30 am . Then called them and they told us that the collector will come very soon . Again called them at 12.30 , were told that the collector was in belgharia and would come within 3pm . I became angry at their misconduct but still waited . Called at 3.30 pm . Was again told that the collector will come really soon . Then again called them at 4 pm . They told us that they will contact the head and report us . Called us just within a minute (so fast) , and told that they just got the news that the collection of samples that day was postponed . I became really angry . I would never recommend this clinic to anyone especially during times of emergency for they are just unreliable . And they just lost a long term customer due to their unprofessional behaviour .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience with apolo clinic sinthi more! Opposite to Rabindra Bharati university gate.The employees are so professional and friendly too. The accommodation is also good. If the doctors are available for all the time, it will be more helpfull. All types of pathological tests are also done here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor organization. The staffs are not aware of the procedures and needed preparations. No coordination within staffs. The attending diagnotic petsonnel's behavior is too pathetic. Horrible experience. Floor manager kaushik was of no help. The staffs are misguiding patients, reports may not come correct. If it's absolutely necessary to do tests from this clinic please know the preparations.
