β β β β β Very bad behaviour of one of the person working in Lifeline. Very rude behaviour. Totally unexpected. Cheating and fraudulent activity, took extra charges than the billing AMOUNT. Complaint against Arka Dey. Kindly take necessary action because when I asked Lifeline's number to ask a query he behaved rudely and denied my request as if he is doing any favour. Kindly look into this.

β β β β β Amidst this COVID crisis,a lot of life saving and important meds,steroids and other meds which are now almost out of stock in every pharmacy, can be found in lifeline and every other branches.
They also have their standard 10% discount on all meds.
So if any meds at this point is unavailable in any stockist,u can try lifeline

β β β β β Contrary to it's other outlets, the distinguishing signboard attracts customers in dire need of critical medicines, only to find a bunch of people (staff) mostly unwelcoming and thoroughly unified to delay and in many cases not provide those critical medicines to the customers.. Definitely not recommended.

Forcing to write the medicine on paper when shown in mobile. While accepting prescription on whatsapp. Rude behaviour. No social distancing being maintained. Total abuse of Govt instructions. Few employees not even wearing mask.
