★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience of covid vaccination @Apollo clinic Sodepur. Extra-ordinary arrangement by the whole team. Outstanding time management. Even the person who vaccinated me, was very professional, experienced, well trained. Didn't feel any pain or sensation at all.
Once you enter the clinic, everything will be over within 10-15 minutes irrespective of the queue size. Will visit again for 2nd dose & other diagnostic tests.
My hats off to the whole team and management. Thank You for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, 1/5 rating is very high. I'm giving 11/100. 10 for Air Conditioning and 1 for establishing this clinic in Sodepur.
Secondly, non-hygienic. For MRI or CT Scan, the cloth they provide is not washed, I get. The Junior stuffs are not aware for this. They should check the changing room before a new patient enters.
Thirdly, Junior stuffs spend their valuable time by gossiping.
Fourthly, Apollo Clinic should take care for the Sanitization process for every individual patients.
I have noticed this matter in MRI, CT Scan and X-Ray section. This is my personal view only for this department.
How they manage other section, I really do not know.
Asper charges, "it is not value for money for me".
Apollo is a brand as we think. So, I'm requesting you to take charges for the services, not for the brand.
And recruit valuable and ethical employees rather than recruiting poor stuffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place with good facilities and could not blame the already overloaded and underpaid staff but it my duty to write a review. I m truly surprised that is this even Apollo that happens to be a brand to be believed upon. The Apollo that i had known was very different.. awesome service at a rightfully earned cost. This clinic is not even providing a bill ..on enquiry the staff said that in case of some doctors we don't provide a bil...that is ridiculous. .and the icing on the case is that they want the money in cash. This wa also the case during covid vaccination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patients travelling to this Apollo Clinic, should only carry CASH with them. They do not accept UPI Payments and the Cashier seemed to be 'Very Very Poor' with retuning even Rs. 200/- on a Doctor's Consultation Fees of Rs. 800/-. Horrible experience. Suggest Patients NOT TO VISIT this Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The efficiency needs to be improved in billing counter and behaviour should be cordial. The turn around time in billing counter for billing, pathological test and collection of report is terribly high. Any given day it takes minimum 02 hours for small activity. This is like a govt hospital and against the goodwill of Apollo. Completely opposite of South India. No proper sanitization. In blood collection room everyone is sitting in the same chair without any sanitization. In front gate no one was there for checking temp and sanitize. Surprisingly the sanitizer has been kept in a collin bottle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have good facilities no doubt for which they even charge more than others, but the attitude & service of the staff is what that ruins the experience. Even local service providers nowadays provide digital copies of reports & scans but not them. If any queries are raised with the staff, the expression & attitude changes immediately like you have asked them to take out their kidneys. The clients aren't paying to see the staff attitude & rude behaviour, if you can't simply respond to our queries for which you are being paid better we would go to other options which are less expensive have minimal attitude problem & also have DIGITAL REPORTS SERVICE WHICH IS STILL LACKING IN YOUR CLINICS. with this pace & attitude really good luck for your future.
