★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place does not open at 7 am. Went twice once at 7 am and once at 8 am and it was closed both the times. Don't waste your time going there if you have to do any fasting blood tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was so hot that my sample got lysed, they came to me for the second sample collection, they have not maintained the temperature and I have to suffer during my pregnancy, They collected sample twice, please make sure other should not get suffering due to your negligence. At least install one AC for better service and keep checking the ice box for the same.

I booked a home visit for an RTPCR COVID test before travel. The collecting person came home and took the sample.
When the actual report arrived, the spelling of my name was wrong, along with the title and my age. I called them and asked them to change it but they said only the name could be changed and nothing else. I tried to explain that it is very important for me to get the correct credentials on the report. But the only option they gave me was to book another test (for which I was supposed to pay again).
I will never ever book another test with these people again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really the most friendly representatives I have seen.. You can always reach out to the lab personals and they will support you with patience and answer all your queries. They are always on-time and but if there is a delay they will update you promptly. Especially Mr.Karthick is one of the best and friendly executive I have seen - He will support you utter most in all the things like scheduling appointment, following up, payment related, result oriented. Such a support in this covid situation is really appreciated and out of expectation.. Keep doing the good job guys :)
