★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have taken this health insurance policy for my family of 5members past 4years ,last year my wife feel ill and she was hospitalised for 1week and hospital costed around 65000 and all cost borne by apollo ins policy and after some months my daughter had severe headache and she was hospitalised for 4days and cost was 50000 including all tests and this helth ins helped us so much to ber such huge cost in just 18000 annually. The transfered all money on time and I was able to concentrate on my family members health without worying about cost. Thanks apollo for ur work n service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer support. Unethical work culture. Always try to find loopholes in prescription & bills. Intentionally who want to admit for surgery ?They have two excuses for every claim existing illness & congenital not covered. Not ready to understand consumer pleas. No support for customer who buy policy through public sector banks. They deprive of certain benefits. No agent to assist them in clearing claims. Delays in verification & under consideration. Meanwhile patient would die. Always suspect genuine reason prescription. Insist on past history to reject claims.
