Claim no MOT 10767275 is rejected again & again without any proper reason & His Survivor and all staff are Basted ( Idiot) Like Isahan ,Pramveer ,Rajat and also his manager they have not take any responsibility Worse experience ever. Never go for their policy, very irritating service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Health insurance policy of ICICI Lombard General Insurance is one of the best in the market. I am holding my health policy for a period of 2 years. It offers cash-less admission and treatment at its wide network of hospitals which is pretty useful in case of emergency situations. The executive of MG road branch was very helpful in clearing out our confusion I had about the policy benefits. I'll recommend it to my friends as well.

I normally prefer the online payment mode to pay my premium. Overall the customer service is also good; they are very helpful.

I visited their site to get more details about the plan and found that that premium which I need to pay is priced really well. I purchased the policy online and got my documents quickly. It has third party cover, road side assistance and plenty of network garages. At a nominal premium and the kind of cover being offered, its a value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth insurance company I have ever seen in my life. We have claimed the insurance after we met an accident. One of the insurance executive called us named saurav tyagi and denied to give the insurance he didn't have any strong point of rejecting it... But still have an argument to give him accident proof or video footage. Can anyone from this stupid bank reply me... How can i record my own accident at that particular time. I suggest you all not to take any kind of insurance specially vehicle insurance from this particular fraud company. Address is as given below.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves. Paid premiums on time for years. When car met with an accident and sought claim, their surveyor just refused the claim without any valid reason. Would not do insurance through this company for any of my cars now. Surveyor name is Paramvir Singh. His motive from first day was to cancel the claim. He was just so stubborn. Did not listen to anything I said. Just kept saying you will not get the claim and in the end rejected the claim. Well done !!!!
