★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst place where one can open a life insurance policy account.You will get third class customer service,the problem is with all the products of KOTAK.
Friend beware of KOTAK ,open an account with any brance of KOTAK and you will be in for an surprise within 3 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reached at around 1:50 pm and team sitting there said it's nearing 2:00 pm and need to come at some other day. What a highly unprofessional behavior. Also this place as per Google working hours are till 6:00 pm on Saturday as well. Please update the timing to avoid confusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst life insurance companies out there, customer help is only possible between 10 to 2 pm as after that the server goes down for the entire branch. Why is the branch open till 6 pm then?
They should mention clearly everwhere that do not come to branch after 2 pm as we can't help customers but company has mandated us to keep the branch timings till 6 PM so we will keep dinking tea and keep refusing to help customers after 6 PM.
On top of that my policy was taken online but to do any changes i am supposed to come to branch and submit physical form as they only sell the policy online do not service online.
Life insurance is a long term contract and I would suggest anyone buying kotak policy to re-think and go for better customers service insurers as even paying few hundred bucks extra will save huge amount of dis satisfaction later throughout the policy.
