First time premium shown is calculated on base sum insured (Rs 5 lacs for Health Companion, Heartbeat, Health Premia, Health Pulse and GoActiveTM, Rs 10.5 lacs for Money Saver and Rs 10 lacs for Health Assurance) of an individual aged 25 residing in Delhi NCR region. The premium changes as per the product features selected and the insured details you submit on the website.

The premium amount is illustrative only and it may vary over the period depending on the type of product, features / addons selected, changes to product version, inflation rates and underwriting decision of the company.

The above commitment does not include pre-authorization settlement at the time of discharge or system outage. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max Bupa Health Insurance , is in the first floor of Vipul Agora . Vipul Agora is on the left side of M.G.Road from Sikanderpur to IFFCO chowk . The Office sells health insurance on human life . There is number of employees in the office . The operation man is very well conversant of the health insurance product . He nicely narrated and described the features , benefits and privileges of the product .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Max Bupa is a fraud company, they take huge amount as yearly renewal but dont approve claims, My claim was approved twice by their team while my wife was hospitalized but when bill exceeded more than 3 Lakhs, they cancelled it saying that treatment is not covered in policy. I mentioned everything while filling claim during first report information to Max Bupa.Better go to some other company but dont ever buy Max Bupa Health Insurance, My Claim Pre-auth Id is 170307

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. No at all concerned about customers. At the time of buying policy & renewals make big promises but at the time of claims don't care about customers & their sufferings. Their queries never ends. Even treating doctors & family members surrender before them.Their only motive is to disapprove claim by any mean. Doctors team there only to find out loopholes in case. They trap customer in prescriptions, paperwork. Meantime patient would die without treatment. Agents only fool innocent peoples & take their hard earned money. I made a claim after 4 years of buying policy & in the end they disapprove claims stating congenital, hereditary not covered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bahut research karne ke baad me and my wife came to the conclusion that Max Bupa realy had the most comprehensive health insurance plans. Then we also spoke to the customer helpline. The person at the other end was very patient and instant won us over. I'm happy with the plan that Max Bupa is offering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappoint with the customer care .On discharge they took more than 7hrs for sanctioning the amount which was not at all cashless .When ask for sanctioning the amount they asked me from where did i purchase this insurance,I don't understand will the person remember who was their agent all the time.I have been renewing my policy all the time as asked but I have to give a second thought of changing my policy.When someone is serious they should take actions immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got to know that they have changed Name from max bhupa to Niva bhupa .
For what reason they changed (sold ) we have no idea as a customer we have to knowledge for this changes.
now i m scared should i renewal or do change to other insurance .
Last time i heard this company won the best insurer and suddenly next year they had sold to some one which is new to me .
In the future also there is no gurantee that Niva Bhupa take over by Other Company then what to do.
If by chance i will to take claim i m scared that i will get it or not .
when i asked even my Agent not having an correct information for this changes i got mental agony after spending a huge amount of ₹ - 42,000/- roughly for my & my family for emergency time.
So god save us which we r saving for bad time will turn good or not .
i enquired from other agents and also saw in google rewies very bad response i see for this.
I'm feeling that when I go to claim insurance then those people will also deny my insurance for some reason,other.
So tell me how to renew the insurance on the guarantee.
so pls help in this case as soon as possible.

Please be careful when buying policy from NIVA Bupa.
1. They will not allow tests like CRP, RFT etc as per them these tests are irrelevant for diagnosis done. (Please understand that they wants us to get admitted with full knowledge of problems and normal blood tests are not allowed).
2. They will not respond to service request for many many days even after message on FB Twitter. They respond only when you mark greivance mail id and hold on, simple service request are managed by greivance team not by customer care team (see the level of incapability)
3. They have their own version of policy document to justify the deductions
Please be careful as you will experience the harassement plus hole in your pocket and will feel cheated
