★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a sad scenario, when we had an emergency and my wife requested to deliver the medicines quick. The store boys hurried up and got the requested medicines but the lady on counter was delaying the payment receivable amount just because the internet was slow... And started calling out saying, every one has emergency and you are not the only one.. she said don't come to this shop next time. She also started mis behaving uttering slangs.
My wife gave a befitting reply too, we are not going to buy anything from here going forth
Update: Upon talking to the store boys later they felt very sorry for the incident, looking forward to Soumya the store in charge to take action
