★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. Billed a wrong medicine, after payment only realized billed medicine is wrong one. Agreed for purchasing some other product for the difference amount. Made me wait for more than half n hour just to show the return and give the product, still didn't happen... Walked off with the medicine and purchased the original medicine from another shop which is in 6th cross.. Much better service.
Don't understand what rocket science is there in billing the product.
Very unprofessional and Pathetic.

Product billed was seroflo 250 inhaler instead of Seroflo 250 rotocaps.
The bullet product is worth 600rs and actual product value is 300rs.
You should have much more professional and polit staffs at counter and should know how to prioritize the tasks or customers.
