I hear that the fish is purchased only from small boats that fish closer to shore so that it can be caught and dispatched on the same day so that customers can get it the next day unlike large boats who go out to sea for days together.
They a limited variety but ensure that it is fresh and tastes the best. Another advantage is that they do home delivery. Highly recommended!!!
