★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic home delivery service. Called at 10, commited to deliver by 11. Waited till 12 then called. Again promised in 15 min. Waited till 1:30.stopped responding afterwards. Had to miss my morning dose because of such a lousy delivery service who misguide u instead of telling the truth.
PS: My house is just 5 min away from the shop. Regret ordering from apollo this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience atleast today. Booked some medicines to be home delivered today early morning and got assurance that the medicine deliver will reach me by 12pm.
Immediately after ordering I wanted to add few more medicines and dialed the same number but it was not picked up. I continue trying that number but each time it is not being picked I don't bknow what to do as the delivery time is just 5 minutes away from now.

Hello,
Please treat this as a feedback, I think this is important for the management to know what is happening at store and how a customer is treated at the outlet.
So, I went to buy some medicine in the store at somewhere around 4 PM, there were around 5 person in the store 2 of them were near the PC. Even after asking twice I didn't get any response. One of the guy was doing some work on PC and ignored me the other guy who was on the other PC was talking to a female staff and didn't respond. I literally had to shout a big HELLO to which a guy who was away near the medicine rack came and attended me.
I have been a customer of Apollo Pharmacy, I use it whether I'm in Jaipur or some other cities. I would request the owner/management to look into this and work for rectification.

Generally this store provide 24*7 facility
No discount , royalty points added but then also i think not a good option.
Local medical shops giving 10% instant discount.
