★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had tailbone and back pain from last 5 months which I got from wrong posture due to work from home, i was so hopeless and inspite of taking medicines and treatment from orthopedist I was getting no relief then while searching for cure on Internet I came across my physio therepy Center ,when I came here I still was hopeless that nothing can cure my back and tailbone pain (my tailbone was tilted) but after 21 days therepy I started getting relief and now its been 40 days here and I am 90% pain free from my back pain and tailbone pain !! Dr Ashutosh is an amazing doctor and his words only will solve half of your problems as when you are in pain moral support matters a lot !!He was very efficient and quick in diagnosing my exact issue !! Treatment which I went through here has worked like miracle because deep inside I thought it will never go !! All staff is experienced and very supportive here !! I was being treated by Jaya she is very polite ,calm and too good in her job !! She patiently dealt with my issues and made me do all the exercises and other treatments!! Overall I am very happy and surely will recommend this place !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible back. Pain was in my upper and lower back. Due to which I was not able to sleep properly, can't sit for too long,even standing for a long time used to cause pain in my lower back.
50% of my pain was gone on the first day itself.
My therapy duration was for 10 days and during this time I progressed alot.
The environment of the place is also nice, and the friendly behaviour of Dr. Ashutosh,Dr. Priyanka,also other doctors, makes it easy to explain about your problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Ashutosh and his team was friendly and benefic. I am surfing from back pain. Which make me bedridden for 2 months. I didn't know about my surfing. Also Doctor said that operates is the only choose with me .But after meeting with Dr. Ashutosh, Dr .shreya and his team make me understand my problem and give me right treatment and know I am able too walk by myself. From last one month i am able too do my all work without any help .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Physio clinic and Dr. Ashutosh were of great help to me in resolving my problem of muscle tightness due to long workout regime. They have the correct diagnosis of your problem and the optimal solution to it as well. My rehab time at My Physio was worth the hustle. Also, along with Dr. Ashutosh the other doctors and staff at the clinic are really hardworking and have a result oriented approach towards the patients/clients. I got the solution to my long persisting problem here. I'll even visit the clinic on regular intervals to keep my physique updated with no more problems, So I'd definitely recommend MY PHYSIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With the lower back pain I visited to Dr. Ashutosh after bed rest of 2 month.. Doctors advised surgery is the only option for my back pain that come to leg. After the joining physiotherapy session for slip disc or sciatica at my physio malviya Nagar I got the changes after few days exercise. The walking was comfortable.. Slight pain is there in sitting but it's also getting reduced day by day. I would like to thanks to Dr. ashutosh and team to well take care of myself.
