★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a glucometer to measure blood sugar of a COVID diabetic patient. These people sent a defective glucometer with parts missing from the box. The strips, the lancing device, 3 lancets were missing. Also when i tried to get a replacement, they started ignoring my calls and messages on their whatsapp account. Very unprofessional behaviour of the staff.
