★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know may be my hard luck but entire process was not graceful. They took 16 days for delivery. Agree logistics are hurt but their promise of a week time turn into almost double and my furniture work get held due to missing chimney. Second bad experience of installation. We have to buy stuff behalf of them. They will not bring installation material. So i had to spend more money on transport to carry so called 11Ft long uncut 6"pipe on small rickshaw because installer didn't provide me approx sizes of cut pipes which i could have carry in my own car. And technically its their job to bring material. Still i wanted to finish the job asap. But next day i had to go out station so i instruct installer to do the job and i asked him to pay 500rs over bank account or any electric way so that I don't need to send someone for 500rs but he was adamant about cash only. So at the end again to finish the job asap i sent a guy from my office to pay him 500rs. He also didn't want to collect from my office which was in his route back. And at the end it was our need not their service to customer.
I usually avoid negative feedback but i wanted to share my experience. They were too professional about their pricing and didn't gave any window of bargain so i thought they will make the experience like their sales attitude but it was not good experience at the end.
Still giving 3 star because product is really good.
