Though the store offers discount on purchases, the staff are themselves confused whether to offer discount or not on certain products. The services are not at par like other apollo stores.

The appollo pharmacy at konnagar and nabagram seems to be more competent

An ordinary medical shop is better than this shop,I think! Rishra Apollo pharmacy is just worthless since in emergencies also it is of no use..
