★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worst worst experience in here. I had given my bill no , bill date which was 6 days before but they were unable to find my bill in there system. Its was my fault to lost the bill but still i thought they will find after giving my mob no, bill no , bill date and also the sms which i received from Apollo on that date as some of my balance of Apollo card was debited, but its in vain. If System is unable to find 6 days old bills then i think its not usefull.
So i am done at Apollo Pharmacy Saheed Nagar, bhubaneswar loc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kind of behaviour by the pharmacy staff.. a lady was behaving as a doctor and asking whats the disease u want medicine for when I told him I known what I want just bring it she started arguing with me. As a doctor myself I told him don't argue and behave properly she told she will not give me the medicine. As if she is the owner of that shop. This kind of professionalism is not a expected from a reputed pharmacy chain like appollo
