★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, It’s surya here. Here am giving one star because of the Epson l3250 printer I have bought from your store on 9th December 2021, just 3 days old.
The first problem is after giving the task of printing a file to printer, it’s not responding immediately and taking long to response.
The second one is while printing, sometimes it’s getting stopped in the middle of printing and after sometime again it starts to print.
Even when I went to the store to buy the printer the person sitting at the counter did not respond properly and seemed to be in so hurry that he first didn’t explain about the printer and insisted me again and again to pay first.
I guess they have provided me with a old stock . Hope for a quick response from store side n if you people want then I can attach the bills also.
