★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given my working dusty laptop for cleaning.what I received back is a faulty non working laptop. The hdd connector is missing and is not available in market anymore. My laptop is completely useless now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall bad service. They have no knowledge on handling customers. I paid an extra price for repairing broken plastic parts of laptop. They charged me Rs. 850 in the name of base repair. But, no changes has been made. Instead, new problems has come up for which you have to go for repair, again and pay a price. (My battery was not tightly fitted during repair, so again I had to go for repair).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't give laptop or desktop for service her, otherwise they will take your working parts from your system and will fix faulty parts on that place and will tell to customer that this part is not working and you have to give money and purchase a new one. Same scenario happened to me more than 3times, finally I came to know his trick as before submitting my laptop I left a mark on all the parts later when he told your keyboard is not working I saw the I left before submitting it is not there, he has fixed a different faulty keyboard instead, also after informing he not agreed and I purchased new keyboard of outside. So be aware of this shop.
