The issue that I have experienced was: We had ordered online purchase ( 28/03/2020) of medicines with doctor prescription. During on line order all ordered medicines are in well above stocks. All the payment done through online payment successfully. After my order got the message that ur order and quantity approved and we proceed future. After so many call to medical store Sama area and customer care number they replied call after 1. Day or in evening etc. today checking through online, I got that my order canceled without any information.
It occurred on: 1/04/2020
We require our medicines as per our order and payment already paid
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
