★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been written on the websit that the pharmacy is closing at 11:00 PM and home delivery facility is available. But when I requested a home delivery at 9:25PM the pharmacist on duty bluntly refused and told they are closing by 9:30 PM. Even when I requested to wait atleast for 10 mins they refused to do so. What kind of service is this?? Please get the things sorted and let your staff be courteous. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malfunction in charges. I brought Foracort 200 cipla capsule. It's price is 168 rupees and they charged me 364 rupees.when I crosschecked apollo bills with medicine I brought, I found out that they billed Foracort 364 rupees but in package it was written 168 rupees. Forget about discount, you charged us double the amount of written price. It's a blunder mistake. I seriously don't expect this kind of mistakes from Apollo pharmacy. If I don't crosscheck the bills, I never know that you guys malfunctioning with bills like seriously. Plzzzzzz i suggest all to crosscheck bill with medicine you buy from Apollo pharmacy.They don't deserve to get even 1 star. Pls be alert and don't get cheated by Apollo pharmacy, soubhagya nagar, Bhubaneswar. Thank you.
