★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used my credit card at your Medplus store for payment of Rs.2491.5 and I got a swipe machine slip and Bill as well. But when I checked my credit card statement it was Rs.2535.6 not Rs.2491.5.
When I checked with Bank they said merchant has claimed this amount from bank and they might have charged you some transaction charge,surcharge..etc
I was never told by store person that i will be charged extra and when I went to store to tell them about it and get my extra money back they did not return it. Worst Service and Bad behavior with customer.
BEWARE OF THIS MEDPLUS STORE
why are you charging extra on transaction without informing customer ?
They will tell that there is no charge on card transaction s but while claiming the amount from bank they add surcharge.Simply they are fooling the customers .
DONT EVER GO TO THIS STORE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They gave me a faulty thermometer in the morning that I noticed in the evening. Now when i went for exchange they say all excuses: all thermometers are like this, that was only one piece available, etc.
I sent a mail to MedPlus. The service support people told that it will be replaced. But the guys at the store are adamant and unyielding.
Every given chance, I shall avoid this store.
