★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is good but Apollo is selling product without checking it. I bought a thermometer for 200 and the cell inside it was leaking. If you are selling a product with your brand name then check the quality of it.

I usually make payment at the store using Paytm, and i am mostly informed to use some other method by the store because paytm is 90% Times not working at APOLLO STORES. Today the sales person asked me to make payment to his personal no. As the paytm of Apollo was not working. I needed the medicines urgently and had no other method to pay at the moment. He said he was doing this only to help me out. But he actually paid using his personal paytm. I discovered that it was only because he wanted to avail the cashback offer running on paytm. One can not expect such big companies to fool their customers in this way.

Sector 18 pharmacy has worst staff. In case of home deliveries, despite giving clear instructions, they do not follow them, always make blunders which compel the customers to visit the store to get the things corrected.
