★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service i have ever experienced. I bought a pulse oximeter and an infrared thermometer. Both of them had 1 yearpyear warranty and both of them had problem of wrong output. But since the display was working fine the shop owner refused to change. I cost me 4500 for both of them and the shop owner showed no repect for customers problem and money.
PATHETIC....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service i have ever experienced.Worst pharmacist in the area. i bought a Breast Pump which are not working properly, after several visit the owener refuse to replace or fefund. Such people should not do business like pharmacy where people come in case of problem.
every staff member is rude and do not know how to take with customer, pls do not go to this place ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my experience with this medical shop. The shopkeeper promised that he will give the bills of for the medicines at a later point of time. I needed the bills for reimbursements. For 2 weeks I kept on visiting the shop, phone calls only to hear to come on a new date/time.
Advice for shopkeeper: One should value others time and not make false promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pharmacist in the area. He just wanted to take advantage of your problem. Such people should not do business like pharmacy where people come in case of problem. Owner's behavior is also very rude. He just wanted to take advantage and want to make his own monopoly. Prefer not to buy medicine from his shop.
