★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helping and understanding staff, highly-skilled and expert doctor, world class facilities. I was admitted for ear surgery. Dr Diptarka was just a message away for any help. I never had to ask twice any staff for anything. All routine works nursing to room cleaning was done on time without ask. I always recommend to visit without second thought.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible administration. People are just running around not knowing what to do. The doc himself scolded the nurse when for the small procedure things were unavailable. Absolutely clueless of what is going on.
They charge for the surgery then if stitches are there and has to be removed (obviously) then charging also for the stitch removal.
Appointment is difficult to get on phone.
Booking is a separate call procedure and then the booking person does not to it properly so people in the hospital don't know how to trace it.
Overall not at all a good experience
I didn't have problems with the doc though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my annual health checkup here - Ultrasound, TMT, gynaecologist checkup, blood tests among other tests. It was a pleasant experience with not much waiting time. I was received well by the friendly staff doing the tests and at the reception. Good hygiene. Great overall experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this hospital for a consultation and then a surgery. The hospital staff and the doctors are very accessible, polite, responsive as well as supportive. Even a call to the hospital is attended to. We are very satisfied and bleeds rd to have found this lovely place especially in a time when the so called big corporate hospitals don’t been care to pick up the phone for an appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely professional and caring place. The doctor, nursing, administration and housekeeping staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. They were very patient and took good care of my aged mother. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean and well maintained.

The food that was served to the patient in the ward was very good.
All the nurses and house keeping staff are well mannered and took good care of me during my stay.
Overall it was a nice experience. Thank you.

Timely check ups and importantly, the insurance claim process was cery smooth cashless and fast. Food was very good quality, served hot at proper times. Apollo really maintained the quality of their brand.
