★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude behaviour by the representative when tried to enquire about tests on phone. He disconnected phone on my face saying that you need to visit the centre for information. What's the use of providing number if no one cares to answer the basic queries like cost of the test? And why would someone visit and waste time if the cost of the test is not known?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Something is off with this place. The front office staff double as nurse and receptionist as well. Staff is really scared of the incharge, I suppose he is the manager and does all tests as well as X-ray . I was really scared to get my sons X-ray there, went to Sodani diagnostics instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst and pathetic service. No proper availability of doctor , waited for around 2 hours and no one was there to operate or service. Staff doesn't care about your concerns and even not aware about the doctors availability. They were just running this center to waste others time! Thanks for wasting mine too ?

Worst! Worst!! Worst!!!
Review need to be written here as it will be helpful for many. I went to center as it was near to my place and Pics of center was also good. When I visited I have to wait for 15 mins and when I asked how are the things he told me to wait outside and after 10 min report will be given. This was not a behavior which I expected. Coming to the payment part, as mentioned by many there is no card facility. I have to go approx 1.5 km to take money from ATM also there charges is highest comparing to other well known diagnostic.
Res Doc, You have to understand our difficulty and being rude is not a good thing. I went through many reviews and 80% were sad from this Diagnostic services. Hope and expecting better behavior from your team along with digital payment and more professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff on the reception who doesnt even know how to talk to a person and doesnt even want to listen to the enquiry and kept repeating the same 4 lines like a parrot and kept disconnecting the call .
Imagine you are being paid to answer the phone and you cant even do that right ! Wow
Why would go to such facilities where even the reception staff has no decency and professionalism. There are obviously other option . Nobody is walking there for free stuff .
I dont care about reviews much and i had to post this immediately after this arrogant guy disconnected my call twice without even listening to my enquiry.
Now i see the pattern of reviews, most reviews are on same line . Imagine how much damage this one employee has been doing to the whole name and game !
Such attitude in any metro city will get one fired in a day , i expected indore to have better facilities. This came on top when i searched and im truly disappointed.
Pathetic and sad !
