It has been 4 months here and everything from professional environment, staff, Owner , work culture to personal stuff like help in relocation, remuneration,Individual learning, scope of work looks good. I must say this is the ideal company for every job seeking candidates form an intern to any experienced IT professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst work culture and high Unethical behavior. Boss has full control on Appraisal system and policies. They are happy to screw the employee career, even its there fault. Expect to work during weekend / from home without any extra benefit.

The policies are easy understandable. The Management is very supportive and encouraging. Co ordination from the Teammates is very much appreciative. Appraisals are very fair enough and the company gives good pay and hike every year. They have also given hike in pandemic situation and understood the hard work of the employees and remained very supportive to all the employees.
