★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really a bad experience there.. instead of fixing my macbook air they messed it completely.. earlier it was opening but now it's not even getting turned on.. issue in my macbook was that it kept getting closed while using but after giving my device to them it didnt even open.
In a nutshell they will listen to u only till the time u havent given them money. They gave me 1 month guarantee that if anything goes wrong they would check but they didnt as my laptop kept showing the same problem infact it also became dead completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you never want to see your apple product again then go to this B2X service center else look for a different one. Took my airpods pro to fix with a commitment of 7-8 days and it is now almost a month and I am yet to get my product back. Shameless, no values, no concern for customer’s pain, take the customer for granted, customer has to do all the running around and then one day you get to hear.. - “Sir we don’t know where are your airpods” or “Sir please wait indefinitely for us to fix this product and we will not tell you any timelines”. Utterly unprofessional and as I said don’t regret your decision like me by going to this service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not properly arranged, feels like you are sitting in a low-end service center, or just like a local 'Repair Wala' shop.No appointment system or token system you are served as per the will of the staff!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit store 3 times , actually my phone heat up very fast . When first I went there , they are resetting my phone but I have to backup . Second time , I want 3 weeks ago they took it for like 2-3 hours then said it is fine you can take it but after 2 -3 days the issue arises again . So I went there again and tell them to sort my problem again , they again kept me there about 1 hour and said it is fine . When I said I have come here some time ago , they said iPhone 11 got heat up due to hot weather . They gave so much excuses that I don’t want to go there again . You know what I using it know to write this comment it is heating up . My first experience about this phone is not very good and their service is very poor .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the service centre with my brother as he was having a problem regarding the charging port of his iPhone while we discussed about it with the staff, they said it would be fine but the service cost was ₹1600 but ultimately the phone was completely functional after 1 hr. The staff was generous and quick to respond also ₹1600 is the standard amount they charge for the service of any device that’s why I deducted 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service center they don't have enough equipment.... My whole day wasted due to there is issue in internet 1st 2nd. The front office staff is very rude... They don't have any technical knowledge about the product so many complaints every one hours 1 person loud because they don't listen to there customer very poor services really
