β β β β β They are highly unprofessional and make customer fool by giving illogical technical reason for denying the replacement and troubleshooting the issue. They always ask for under warranty customers to visit to some other service center instead to fix the issue. In my case, their engineer said every device has different type of capacitor even in the same device :D

β β β β β Poor services. Just sitting their to make money without any proper services and diagnosis.
Their service charge of Rs.2600 for just touching the MACbook Air is not at all worth it, as they don't give proper service/diagnosis and only want to replace the major part of the device, so that money can be earned.
In my two days visit to service centre, I observed that to all the customers they only asked to replace some major parts who's cost is around 70-80 % of the actual device cost.
They must change their name replacement center rather then service center.

β β β β β The service provided by Ashish sir and Anand sir was admirable. The way they both handled and guided with a quick resolution was appreciable. Initially when I came for the service was a bit disappointed with the product apple delivered but with the hassle-free service given by the B2X technicians was satisfied. Happy service.
