★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken Jahangiri which was tasteless on the top of that they charged me extra i ordered butter roti but was charged for butter naan. I realised it when I came home......worst restaurant experience ever and for the icing there was cockroach moving on my table. Please don't visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not eaten such a bad chicken till date, better than them, road side chicken makes good, Ordered 3 varieties, everyone's test was the same and soured so much I will say this to you that before going here, think carefully or else the money will be spent completely wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited first time Karim's in Pacific Mall Ghaziabad, the food was good but little expensive and when we asked for cheque and gave our card for payment they denied the card, saying card swipe machine not working, so we end up paying through PayTM, which i didn't liked at all, as Karim's being a brand and didn't had machine working..... Is a shame. Please check with them before ordering....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience was good however the food wasn't. Before I ordered, I asked is butter paneer & Butter chicken gravy the same, to which he said yes. I ordered both of these items and to my surprise butter chicken was really bad, it had some after taste and smell. It was too thick to be called as Karims butter chicken (I have had it at many karim's including jama masjid, indo Islamic, etc). Butter paneer was good. The manager was courteous enough to return the butter chicken as it wasn't the way its made.
