★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for iphone battery change they quote 5500 while another service center here in rajkot + ahmedabad quoted me 3500 why you people charge over ...and while i ask battery issue in airpods they said 1st generation pods its use and throw cant do anything

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic, unprofessional response from the front service counter. If you check online closing timing is 6:30 pm, but when you reach there around 5:30 / 6:00 pm even then they don’t attend customer, also they don’t have any phone number where you can call and confirm if service Center is open or not they just have Mail ID in which you have to mail for confirmation, that the service Center is open or not thy will replay with in 2 hours. So the customer has to wait till 2 hour for the answer. In review there is no option for half star otherwise I wanted to give them half star, that also for letting me in. They are making Apple Brand image down. Again I will say very unprofessional, pathetic answer and behaviour with customers ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop didn’t have any problem. I just wanted B2x to have a look as for some reason I could not start the system after formatting laptop. So I checked on Apple website for support and article on the website says I need to restart again under strong wifi connectivity. I never realised that my internet was slow and I ended up not starting that laptop. I went to B2x and the guy in a specs started my laptop connecting my device with their wifi, and seemed to show the right screen.
But still the guy continued convincing me that my laptop has problem and it might be hardware problem. I replied that there is no hardware problem. But he said, he can check what problem is there. I asked how much you charge? He replied to see what problem is there, we charge ₹2600 and then extra for whatever the problem is detected.
Buddy, are you a dacoit from Chambal or what? Even the best oncologist in Mumbai doesn’t charge that much for consultation and you wanna charge ₹2600 just to see what problem is there in spite of me telling you there isn’t any.
The laptop just needed strong wifi connection because it wanted to reboot the system. I did everything myself the other day at home. What it takes for you to guide your customer the right process? Just because people have Apple device, you gonna rip them off when they come to you for service? Shame.
People like you make Apple look costlier and uglier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place with big board makes it easy to be located. Parking issues for four wheelers. The customer service members over the counter are helpful and patient. The technician were knowledgeable and helpful and explained in detail every procedure which would be required for MacBook repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My iwatch was not getting start and their was an update error. But B2x service center told that we will take for update for charges of 1000 rs but if update may not get success than u will want to pay 1000 rs. Very bad service and not responsive.
