★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service center. Trustworthy. This is my first experience with service. I would say it was great. After diagnosis they gave my device back and ordered the required parts. When part received after 6 days they called me back. I gave it them afternoon and they returned my device nect morning. Awesome work done by engineer. Thank you Satyajit Da. Keep up your good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As this is Apple service center so you will get good response from Apple, otherwise my experience is not good enough from this center. Whenever I called them their behavior is good but never called me back and didn't give any updates of my product, though they always took my contact number. And one thing is it's better for you to take an online appointment from apple website before coming here, and it will save your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Apple service center is a savior for me. I received a faulty Ipad from Flipkart and was not getting any replacement from Flipkart. Thankfully, this service center replaced my Ipad that to within 2 working days. Awesome experience and excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud service centre. They tell everyone to change the motherboard without doing any proper diagnosis. My macbook pro was not starting and they just reset the SMC and suggested to replace motherboard for a cost of 53000 approx. Now there could be several reasons that mac is not turning on and it could be found by anyone by just googling. But they are taking the customers for granted. Loon at their diagnosis report which I have attached.
Infact, just in front of me they were suggesting a person to replace motherboard of his iPhone even though his phone was working fine and only display was broken.
So in short they charge 1100 for diagnosis and they don't do anything and will ask you to replace motherboard.
Please refrain from going to this centre and do a thorough googling before you reach out to them.
