No parking available. Good ambience. Good moctails. Offers good view of Victoria Memorial. Snacks isn't too great. Non smokers please avoid as smoke from hookkas may drift to you. Overall good for chilling over few pints .

It's a very beautiful place. I went during the time of Christmas. The interior was decorated beautifully. We have ordered japanese food from the menu fatty bao. The restaurant is situated at the heart of kolkata. The view from the restaurant is very beautiful. I will visit the place again.

Fatty bao the monkey bar is an authentic place to try japanese cuisine . This place is well known for it’s baos but i opted against that dish . We have taken wasabi prawns , crab and salmon sushi rolls in the sides . In main course we had grilled bhetki in japanese sauce and seafood tempura noodles . The food quality is really good and worth the price they are asking for . I will highly recommend the wasabi prawns and the grilled bhetki . Sushis are not preferred by all but it was good . Ambience was good but yes it was a little bit on the expensive side but touchwood u will not regret the experience.

The sushi here was average.. but the ambience here is what is captivating. The pricing is little above average.. my only concern was the taste was not smthing I expected reading the reviews of these place. I guess someone with a chatpata tastebud should try other this is more like a basic.. well ventilated and the skyline from the top view was smthing really nice..

I wanted to go here for the ramen they serve and I’ve heard about but as I found out, it is One of the worst place I’ve visited in a long time. First of all , they are not a separate restaurant or cafe, they don’t even have their own menu, they are a part of Monkey Bar. We visited this place on a weekend in the afternoon, we did not reserve prior visit so we had to get outdoor seating since indoor is reservation only (or long queue). We were given a table for 2, but we were 3 people, and told they will shift us when there’s a free space (they never did, even when a whole group left). The table was uncomfortable, the space was too short to even keep our orders and they insisted we finish the dishes fast so they can bring desserts (this was an ongoing theme, they just wanted to get rid of old customers and bring in new). We ordered one Chasu Ramen, chilly beef fry and a non veg pizza. For dessert we got cheesecake. The ramen was a joke, they didn’t even use rice noodle, let alone millet ones. They use packaged noodles and a bland broth, the pork chasu was the only flavourful part of the entire dish. I liked the chilly beef and the pizza. Pizza was thin crusted which is my friend’s favourite . The desert was nice, but it was ruined by their constant request to hurry up. The food was 4/5 And the service was -3/5 in my honest opinion. I will not recommend anyone to go here if you just want to eat.

I visited this restaurant on a Friday afternoon. The ambience and city view from the restaurant were really good. We ordered a non alcoholic drink wild leaf which was very refreshing. We also had chicken kasundi kebabs, butter chicken kulcha and chapli kebabs with paratha. All the dishes had generous portion size and tasted delicious. I would love to come back again for trying other cuisines.
