Wanna get insulted, visit this store.
OMG, the way we were treated, felt like we were there to collect some government free ration. ? imagine officials, kindly work on staff attitude else you would, or should I say, you already are losing alot of business.

I wish someone could tell you and your staff this. #pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well,i went to this store with my friend to buy the iPhone 13 and one lady sales executive came and explained us well. We were convinced to buy iPhone 13,256 GB . but ... At the time of billing we gave whole money cash and out of all those notes one note has color over it and it had very less color, since i got that money from bank, i was sure that bank people would accept it back. the guy who was there at the billing counter, gave us that note back and asked us to give another note, when i asked that guy about the issue, he reply rudely and said he cant accept it . i told him its against the RBI guidelines .i even asked him to give me in written, but he refused so i decided to get my whole money back and bought the iPhone 13 from different place and saved some money. he just wasted our time and may be he ruined the commission or incentive of the sales person. Store owner please tell your people to act smart and feed them with knowledge! Thanks its no harsh for that billing guy but the training staff should train their employees well,so in future they wont loose a customer like me with that small issue. Teach them well, how to behave with the customer! ISMAIN AAPKA GHAATA, HUMAARA KUCH NHI JAATA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, executive was a little condescending and the security guy didn't let us in saying the store was crowded, funny thing he let the next 2 ladies to go inside the store as we waited at the entrance door.
Finance lady (Bajaj Finance) also didn't seem interested in helping, so we chose to buy our laptop from another store.
Please behave well with all customers, we intended to buy from your store, it was the way we were treated that we chose another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the mall, Two apple stores are available in different floors. There was a rush in the store. They just gave to limited entrance maybe due to the covid new instructions. People were lined up outside the showroom

Otherwise, you can go inside, enjoy apple products like 90% of the crowd there, and just be out and about on your journey to the end of the world. lol.
