★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This scheme is having many loopholes. They have violated many township acts of GOVERNMENT of Gujarat. Till date, they have no drainage connection. Drinking water is not from Narmada but most of the time, it is from bore well. Water quality is extremely poor. Maintenance is very high. Poor construction & water logging is common during rainy season. Management is like a dictator. There are legal cases against builder in RERA, RERA Appelate, Society Registrar & high court. All are under progress. In 2020, RERA ordered against developers.
I strongly recommend “Not to buy in this property.”
