When I said please pay attention and give me proper pricing, he just went behind the computer and started talking to his colleague about some other ongoing issue.
When you are selling premium product, you need to have the right people fronting it!

Very bad behaviour, They are saying that we will only talk or promote when they are selling else no.
Service is bad and they don't care about customers.
