Now after 4 days of continuous complaints n making me wait for the technician everyday.... They r not willing to listen n r declaring the contract as fake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service centre I have experienced. they serviced my kent RO. Its not working after the service person left. Repeatedly calling but no positive outcome. Still waiting for their response Mr. sumit mittal promises me every day that a service person is on the way. Then he stops picking up the call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake company, once you paid one one turn up for service. Their nos are out of service and you cant catch them. I paid rs10500 for 2 yr service contract where as geniun price is Rs 9050.
Don't know how i fall in this trap.
Its a con company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fake company keep changing the address and contact numbers to cheat the customers who paid advance AMC. This is not authorized by any OEM. This chor visit your home just one time to get a big money and abscond, he'll never respond/pickup your calls to honor AMC. Trust this a big scam, even OEMs are unable to figure out to track these crooks. All good review ratings are from this particular crook company, not from customers

They don’t have any office and they’ll not pick the phone post taking the money
