I Ordered Machine from TATA Cliq and Navrang Audio Video delivered it. The Bosch Technician came for demo and installation, unboxed it and found Missing Legs, Dent on one of the corners, the packaging was very old and the machine looked repacked. He clearly said, the Machine is not a brand new one and is D2 one(which is damaged and factory seconds).
After I raised a replacement request, they called me up and said "this machine comes without legs", which is not correct, Bosch confirmed that machines comes with Vibration dampening high quality Legs and the technician wont install it without the same.
Now, they refused for any replacement.
Just avoid this seller at any cost unless you want to buy factory seconds, I found similar concerns on other reviews as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic shop , purchased 2 Daikin A C both of them stopped working with in 3 months. Chor dealers they even suggest ghatiya service centre and forced to get extended amc which was of no use .zooper service centre most worst . Never ever go to this shop?
