★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ambience.Perfect place for chilling. They have a combo offer available at just rupees 999 which consists 2 beer, 1 hookah, momo and pav vaji. This combo is not fulfilling though but both momos and pav bhaji were good in taste. Specially the momo was soft and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poolside lounge with live DJ, but not really a place where you can chill or relax. Music is blasting loud and you'd have to text you buddies sitting beside you just to communicate. Food is decent. Drinks are obviously a bit pricey so it's best to go a bit early and order a large amount of combos. Seating is good with each group have their own personal cubicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice pool bar with music, ambience is very good, staff is courteous and helpful, they offer Happy Hours till 9pm on weekdays. However prices are very high which doesn't make it a profitable deal. Food is good. They offer cheese bits with alcohol. Peaceful place in Park Street. Aqua is based inside Hotel Park Hotel in Park Street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only thing I like about it is being by the poolside. On two separate occasions, I had a booking. Once I went and they said that they had a private party and forgot to update the site. The second time they said they didn’t honour bookings or Dineout. They didn’t have a menu for alcohol but kept saying that after I place the order, they would tell me the price. There was no a la carte but I was told there was some offer of the day - meal for two set meal. The manager was as clueless as the waiter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive sub standard food and horrible horrible service.
I highly discourage this place to anyone.
Problems :
1. They serve Hookah but don't have any Hookah menu. Instead the servers just mention the items.
2. The Hookah was sub standard.
3. Absolutely no one came during our session to ask for a refill.
4. They don't allow Hookah to served inside AC. Which is super weird because they allow smoking. I know so many other places that allows so.
Food :
1. Both the battered fry fish and kabab were just edible enough. Not tasty.
Would've been OK for 1/10th price but they charge insane amount for the food.
2. There were only like 3 other people yet the service was super slow. (A recurring theme)
3. They completly forgot one of the items we ordered. But we didn't bother reminding them again, since the pervious items were so bad.
The ambience and the crowd were absolutely dead.
The only good thing about the place was DJ. He was playing a dope mix.
I don't mind high price but I expect world class service at this price. We had a third grade experience.

The Menu is almost non-existent.
The Staff is Very Rude & Very Poor Service.
The food was served One Hour after placing the order that too in disposable boxes.
The Veg Indian Platter hardly had 2 pieces of each of the three kebabs.
The Shisha was an absolute Horror. The flavours were completely in our mouth and were horrible. They refused to change the same and were asking for extra charges for the same.
Would NOT recommend this place to anybody.
A complete Waste of Money & Time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I visited Aqua as they were having a Sundowner event and had offers on food and drinks. It was ₹599 for veg and ₹699 for nonveg. We ordered 1 veg and 1 non veg meal. At the time of payment, i didnt see the bill properly and made the payment through card. They charged for 2 nonveg meals. So they charged ₹100 extra actually. I notified them about this so they can make a correction and maybe refund the extra amount that they charged. The waitress called the supervisor and she said that today is Sunday so it is 699 for both veg and nonveg. This is cheating. No where in the poster it is mentioned they on sundays they will are having exceptions. I couldnt argue with them as I was with my friends and we were getting late.
Also before visiting them, there are around 5 phone nos. of park hotel lounges and 2 were mentioned in the poster too. None of them were answered. 2 were switched off. I didnt expect this type of service from The Park and Aqua. 2 stars i gave for food taste, quality and overall hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqua is a place where you can really just go and chill and relax. The ambience is very soothing and dark. It's a great place for a romantic date with a loved one or a chill evening with friends. Hookah served is good here no doubt but they charge 100% tax on it. It's a pretty expensive place but if you are okay with spending big bucks then it's definitely a place to be for a soothing evening. Be it beside the pool or indoor on the couch. Seating is comfortable and lighting is perfect. The staff however are not too jolly and service is pretty slow.
