We went to The Bridge for a Christmas Eve dinner this year again. We were extremely disappointed both with the service as well as the buffet spread. The person carving the turkey seemed completely novice and was literally scratching the bird with carving knife for about three minutes before he could extract a tiny slice for me. He attempted to make up the rest with the stuffing. It was hilarious. There was no mussels, no squids nothing. (We were expecting those from our past experience there on 2016 / 2017). As far as the western selection goes, it was no way a Christmas Eve dinner. On the Indian side, Mutton Biriyani was good and Chicken in Rosemary Jus was excellent. Coming to the service, it felt like that The Park has laid off their trained staffs and are managing the show with a bunch of inexperienced trainee who lacked proper training. Let me just end this by saying that not a single used dish was removed from the table while we were at the table. We kept stacking them at one side of the table.

The atmosphere was really good. They are maintaining the social distance between each of the tables. Serving the foods on a separate folding table for zero contact. Selected items available from the menu. QR code menu was on the table for zero contact during the pandemic. Chicken fried rice, tangra style chilli chicken, butter naan were very tasty. Chicken curry was not upto the mark. Jilabi in dessert was really good. NO BUFFET AVAILABLE DURING PANDEMIC. ONLY A LA CARTE

We attended thier Noboborsho Special Buffet... Ambiance is just outstanding... Very beautiful and artistic... But that's it... The staff are not present on the live counters... Also the staffs available are either novice or very smart to doge the customers issues... The seat we got was very near to the kitchen door and the kitchen was so loudly that it was disturbing our peace a lot... Now coming to the food... Presentation wise the dishes looks very appealing... But when we tasted them it was not at all satisfactory... Except the Mutton dish and the desserts... Pocket pinch is very high considering the quality they are serving... Overall it was not a good experience...

A very good place situated at the heart of Park street, to spend some quality time with your loved ones either enjoying the food inside the restaurant or just chilling outside in the open, which is much more appealing(of course if it's not raining!) BUT the behavior of the staffs were very rude, they were quite ignorant and did not serve the food well. They also closed the buffet even when we were still finishing our food and craved for some more. they fresh lime soda was very bad, it was not at all refreshing, the coke was out of fizz and I felt like it was opened couple of days back. They don't serve live grill so we had to ask for starters every time and it took ages for them to serve it because of which we lost a lot of time. Overall very bad service and should get 1 mark for that.

It's the Park Hotel buffet Restaurant. And seriously, if you wish to visit for that reason only, go ahead. We went just after the Pujas. Price after taxes for 2, 2399. We did not take bottled water which was extra, so had a taste of Park Street tap water. ? The menu was in starter: Aloo tikki, fuchka, dahi bada, Salads: nothing non-veg. Non-veg starters were being served "once" and that too on request. Main dish: lachha nan, matar pulao, palak mushroom, paneer kofta, aloo dum, fish tawa fry, mutton kosha Dessert: rasmalai, strawberry mousse, mihidana, pineapple pastry, sweet dahi What we did not like? The servers were not prompt, not smart, confused lot. They were taking their sweet time to take away the dirty utensils even when asked, although the place was not busy. And almost had to shout to get the bill. In the dessert option when the pastry and rasmalai trays were empty, it did not have a fresh batch. When asked, the server again gave confused stare. The items taste is not mentioning. Okay-okay. Should you visit? If you think eating at this place looks good in ur IG handle, go ahead. I'll pass next time.

Nice ambience. Friendly staff. I wanted to try some different mocktail without any soda content, no ice but no shakes. They were all ears and tried understanding my requirement and came up with a perfect mocktail , just the way I was looking for. Very courteous and welcoming.
