★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm . I think the building was 20th floor about . but it is now 32 floor and the work of building is going on . the flats are quite good but the space the rooms have is very low .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst building to stay in. water and other security issues all the time. bad management, very unsafe for families, builder doesn't care except for profits, anyone can enter building premise as they wish. there is no security. no play area for kids. also no parking space too. a car can't do U turn here. it's very difficult incase you call a cab or ambulance. there is no parking space at all since outsiders are parking in building and management is too kind with them except for flat owners. pretty unsafe. illegal construction too! pls don't waste your money here. it's another chawl due to few tenants with cheap mentality. brokers will definitely try to sell it with good points to you!

Chaotic traffic Monday to Saturday. Once additional tower is up it would be bumper to bumper.

Newly constructed and even under construction ? on higher floors but the look of the building is not at all desirable in this hefty amount ..
