Sales- Always 2-3K extra price in compare to other Yamaha Showrooms. Service- 1. Quality of service is near to worst. 2. Bike washing is not at all good also made so many scratches on my R15 V3. 3. While booking slot for the service, they will confirm slot would be 9-9:30am but there is not any kind of slot actually. After reaching there you need to be in a queue & they will deliver your bike may be 4-6:00 PM or else next day. 4. After service i found the service quality is not up to the mark at all. 5. This was my first service with Aquad. In compare to other 5 service from a different dealer rating would be 10 out of 100. 6. Some employees behaviour is good but rest of them i found them arrogant with customers.

I was very tensed with my fzs sensor light problem, but Aquad Yahama solved it permanently. Thank you technicians & Service team of Aquad Yamaha..

Got my 3rd free service from this service centre. all the issues i had with my bike was not resolved. I repeat None Of the Problems were solved!! Actually the problems showed up right after they completed servicing and I started my bike for the 1st time then and there. I asked them right away - They were numb and said nothing - Could do nothing. Now about the main Problem i was facing - Ignition Fail. The bike was not getting failed ignition starts right after they completed seevicjng. This was and Will be the worst service centre of Yamaha. they don't even deserve the tag of YAMAHA. I went there despite Many of my friends' warning. Oh, The Engine warning light - lighted up that evening and has been since 28/4/21. wow! if you read so far - Thank you

Parts prices - All on MRP. You can get parts for cheaper elsewhere. Got my Yamaha FZS V3, Dark Knight 2020 edition, serviced from here. Pros : 1. Cleaning Quality 2. Appointment speed 3. Staff availability 4. Staff Behaviour !! Cons : 1. Very big one : THEY Fail in Delivery time !!!! Got my bike back later than promised time - 30 minutes late. 2. Failed to Inspect several problems in my bike ( Ignition fail, Bent Clutch level fix) They suggested their best possible solution but my problem wasn't resolved ! 3. They Charged somewhat rather High !!! Wasn't satisfied with the end results. * My bike means - My brother's bike. You can see in photos.

There are a lot of negative comments about this place..but i strongly believe that can be from an individual perspective. I have been getting my service done from this place for more than 8 years now....and i can say that this is the best service centre so far. There are professional technicians who will try to fix the issues without unnecessarily increasing the bill, and if they have to, then they will call you beforehand. This doesn't mean that everything goes well all the time. These are machines so there will be some issues but, i strongly recommend to use genuine spare parts and getting service done from an authorised service centre only.

Salesmen were good. Administration was poor. They made a mistake in my father's name spelling during registration. Service quality is poor. There is no quality checking. You are told to drive your bike and see for yourself if you are still having the problems! They do not even wash your bike, if you do not complain! They are always busy in selling you services that your bike don't need. I was having a issue with gear shifting that I complained in first service (only 100 km was on odometer). I was told by a service mechanic that I needed to change clutch plates, because they were ruined (only in 100kms)! They will loot you if you are not technically sound about motorcycles. I service my motorcycle from local mechanics. They provide better service, quality and price.
