★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Housing Complex 11 years old. Situated just on 27/1, B. T. Road. Kolkata- 700058. Here DURGA Puja, Kali Puja and Swarasati Puja take place very nicely. Some residents are very dirty, they always throw food here and there. Otherwise Green View Housing is good with moderate aminity like life, fire prevention, swimming pool- club, community hall etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good apartment to live in.The price is a bit high but it provides facilities such as swimming pool,park and others.It also provides a high security and the theft case in the complex history is very very rare.Its almost impossible to enter the complex if are not a verified person and doesn't belong to that complex.You must require the permission of any of your relative who lives in the complex in order to go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its well suited for a family or a bachelor life plenty of grenery and a decent swiming pool. The surroundings have markets and decent clothing stores and good resturants to dine. Overall a good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost complete middle income group housing complex. There are three towers with ample car parking lot at ground level. There's a beautiful garden, a community hall that can accommodate 75-100 people, an AC club and games room, a swimming pool, badminton arena, 24 hrs security and CCTV, and a water treatment plant.
