Want an anxiety free life comfortable life than my suggestion is that never ever in your life booked flat from this apartment. There is always a new problem and they are not at all there to help you.... Service quality zero.

I have bought a flat just 6 month ago but I want to sell it at very low price because the marketing people totally misguided me and they sold a flat at 2nd floor just pusing it at that time so many good position flat were available but they told me only one south face flat is avaliable but later I came to know they totally misguided me. I think many of flat owner were misguided like me. About contraction I don't tell anything. Who are living there can tell better than me. So I am very much disappointed about Pratham flat. This is the first time someone misguided me. I
always believed all people but nobody betrayed with me like Pratham marketing persons.
