Extremely horrible service.
Contacted them for repair of the tap of RO machine, which had gotten detached during shifting house.
Their guy DISMANTLED MY WHOLE RO MACHINE, SHORT CIRCUITED MY HOUSE, cut the inside wires without our knowledge, BROKE the internal fittings and DAMAGED THE WATER SUPPLY. He was unable to fix anything AFTER 4 HOURS!!!
He told us the our plugpoint was faulty, our RO wiring was faulty, the tap was faulty, filter was faulty, low pressure indicator was faulty, adaptor was faulty. This is for a machine which was working perfectly fine for past 2 years!!! Basically only that idiotic guy was faulty.
Now I have to spend Rs 1500 to rectify the mess created by these guys for a Rs 200 job.
Beware! Save yourself and your machine from this service centre.
