Once I went there for port in my number. They took my documents and money for port in. After 3 days my connection started but no recharge was done by him, the proprietor. When I visit to them, first they simply ignore the matter and then told me that I never visited them before. Airtel should looked at the issues customer facing from this kind of fake and dishonest executive. This executive always charges people for services though those are of free.

Properly not help also proper information not given . Airtel related knowledge is very low.
Even if any time call him then he will disconnect given.
They tekan money for any work .!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Airtel store. I went to store and requested the person that I want to move from Telengana Postpaid to West Bengal prepaid. When I spoke to customer care earlier they told me if move to prepaid then I have to pay the bill till that date when I am moving not the amount for full bill cycle. But the Airtel store guy told me that I have to pay the amount for full bill cycle and also some extra amount. So I requested him to speak to customer care, but he denied saying that he will not speak to customer care for any kind of clarification. Also he told me if I don't agree with his proposal then it is not possible to move to prepaid. Haven't expected such behaviour.
